At SellerBazaar, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and secure manner. To provide clarity and confidence in your shopping experience, please review our shipping and delivery terms below:

• Delivery Timeframes:
  • Our standard delivery period is 5–10 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • For remote, hilly, or hard-to-reach regions, delivery may take slightly longer—typically between 5–15 business days—depending on local logistics and accessibility.
  • Estimated delivery dates are provided when order is shipped.
• Free Delivery Policy:
  • Free shipping is offered for all orders with a total package weight of up to 1.0 kg and within standard serviceable areas.
  • For orders with a total weight above 1.0 kg, a standard delivery fee will be applied. This fee is calculated based on the customer’s delivery location and total shipment weight.
  • Important: Free delivery is not available in remote or hilly regions due to additional logistics and handling costs. In such cases, delivery charges will be displayed clearly at checkout.
• Order Processing:
  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after successful order placement and payment confirmation.
  • You will receive an order confirmation and tracking details via email and SMS once the order is shipped.
• Shipping Partners:
  • We partner with trusted courier services and logistics providers to ensure reliable and trackable deliveries across India.
  • Each shipment includes a tracking ID, allowing you to monitor the real-time delivery status through your SellerBazaar Account or the provided courier link.
• Delivery Coverage:
  • We ship to most serviceable PIN codes across India. You can check service availability during checkout by entering your Location like State, City, PIN Code etc.
  • For remote or non-serviceable locations, we may be unable to deliver. Which will be clearly mentioned during checkout process and no order will be placed.
• Multiple Shipments:
  • If your order contains items from multiple sellers or warehouses, they may be shipped separately.
  • Each shipment will have its own tracking details and may arrive on different days.
• Failed Delivery Attempts:
  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to three times at your shipping address.
  • If all attempts fail, the product will be returned to the seller, and a refund will be initiated for prepaid orders (after deducting applicable logistics costs).
• Order Tracking:
  • You can track your order through the “My Orders” section in your SellerBazaar Account or via the tracking link sent by email/SMS.
  • If you face issues tracking your order, feel free to contact our support team for assistance.
• Unforeseen Delays:
  • We strive to meet our delivery commitments, but delays may occur due to weather disruptions, strikes, regional restrictions, or courier issues.
  • In such cases, we will proactively communicate the delay and work to resolve it at the earliest.
• Address Accuracy:
  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of placing the order.
  • SellerBazaar is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incomplete or incorrect address details.

International Shipping

Currently, SellerBazaar does not offer international shipping. We only ship within India at this time.

Packaging and Safety

• All orders are packed with care to ensure that items arrive in good condition.
• Fragile or valuable items are shipped with extra protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
• If you receive a damaged, tampered, or opened package, please refuse to accept it and notify us immediately for further action.
