At SellerBazaar, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience, we provide the following guidelines for cancellations:

  • Cancellation Before Dispatch: Customers can cancel their orders anytime before the product is dispatched. You can do this through the “My Orders” section in your SellerBazaar Account or by contacting our customer support team. There are no charges for cancellations made before dispatch.
  • Cancellation After Dispatch: Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. However, you can reject the product upon delivery if you no longer wish to receive it. Please note:
    • Delivery rejection may result in additional fees to cover operational costs.
    • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed after the item is returned to the seller and quality checks are completed.
  • Cancellation Timeframes:
    • Cancellation timeframes may vary based on the product category or seller’s policy. These details will be provided on the product page and in your order confirmation.
    • Orders placed during special promotions, flash sales, or seasonal sales may have stricter cancellation terms.
  • Post-Cancellation Fees: For cancellations made after the specified window or for customized or perishable items, a nominal cancellation fee may apply. This helps offset costs related to restocking, logistics, and processing.
  • Seller-Initiated Cancellations:
    • In rare cases, sellers may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases:
    • Customers will be promptly notified.
    • Any prepaid amount will be refunded in full within 5–7 business days.
  • Important Notes on Cancellations:
    • Multiple cancellations by the same customer may result in temporary restrictions on their account to ensure fair usage of our platform.
    • If you need to modify your order instead of canceling it, contact our support team immediately after placing the order.

Returns Policy

At SellerBazaar, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our 7-Day Free Return Policy ensures you can shop with confidence. Here’s how our returns work:

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    • The product is defective, damaged, or non-functional upon delivery.
    • The item received is different from the one ordered.
    • The product is missing parts, accessories, or features as described on the product page.
  • Categories and Return Windows:
    • Standard 7-Day Free Return Policy: Most products are eligible for free returns within 7 days of delivery.
    • Non-Returnable Items: Certain products like perishable goods, personal hygiene items, and customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
  • Return Options: Depending on the seller and product category, the following options are available:
    • Exchange: Replace the product with a similar or alternative item.
    • Replacement: Get a new unit of the same product, free from defects.
    • Refund: Receive a refund to your original payment method.
  • Return Conditions:
    • Products must be returned in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, accessories, and documentation intact.
    • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering are not eligible for returns.
    • Serial numbers, barcodes, and other identifiers must match the details provided at the time of purchase.
  • How to Initiate a Return:
    • Log in to your SellerBazaar Account and navigate to the “My Orders” section.
    • Select the item you wish to return and click on “Initiate Return.”
    • Provide a detailed reason for the return and attach supporting photos if applicable.
    • Follow the instructions provided for arranging a pickup or shipping the item back to us.
  • Return Process Timeline:
    • Pick-Up: Our logistics partner will pick up the returned item within 2–5 business days.
    • Quality Check: Returns undergo a quality check to verify eligibility. This process typically takes 1–2 business days.
    • Refund or Replacement: Once the return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days, and replacements are dispatched immediately.
  • Refund Details:
    • Refunds for eligible returns are credited to the original payment method or your SellerBazaar Wallet.
    • Refund processing times depend on your payment provider, typically taking 5–7 business days.
    • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via NEFT or to your designated bank account.

Non-Returnable Products

Certain items are non-returnable due to their nature. These include:

  • Personal hygiene products (e.g., undergarments, razors, toothbrushes).
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
  • Customized or made-to-order items.
  • Items explicitly marked as non-returnable on the product page.

Transparency and Customer Assurance

  • Customer Responsibility:
    • Please review product details and policies carefully before placing an order.
    • Ensure returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • SellerBazaar’s Liability:
    • While we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience, SellerBazaar is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as logistics issues or manufacturer policies.
    • Returns are subject to final inspection and approval by SellerBazaar and the seller.
  • Exceptional Scenarios:
    • In cases of abuse or misuse of the return policy, SellerBazaar reserves the right to deny future returns or impose restrictions.
    • For products with installation services, returns will only be accepted if the product was installed by authorized personnel.
